Do you have a COVID Story you would like to share?

Hi there,
Do you have a COVID story you would like to share?
Work on the July/August issue of Breathline will begin soon, by early June. This is the big issue, 24 pages, post-conference coverage. Since the in-person national conference did not happen this year, there will be about 8 pages of free space. The usual items will go in, including all the award winners, new BOD, as well as regular features. These items will only take up about 16 pages however.
One thought is to fill that space is to solicit stories from component members on COVID-19 experiences and would like to invite you to submit stories about how this affected your work. ASPAN is looking for stories from all types of facilities, large and small, rural, city, and suburban. Photos, without patient identification of course, would also be welcome. These stories can be any length (600 words is about 1 page), but they do not have to be that long, especially if I get a boatload! (which is what I am hoping for)! They can be as short as 100-200 words.
They also certainly don’t have to be fancy stories or adrenaline-rush stories, just writing from the heart. We were all affected in one way or another, even if we did not directly care for these patients. If anyone has questions, they can contact Barbara Godden directly at:
